Miss Brianna 1 st Grade Lesson Plan: Three Dimensional Shapes Overview:   Through this lesson my students will be learning the different types of three-dimensional shapes. This is a very important concept for students to learn because once they get into the higher grade levels, they will eventually start to learn how to measure the volume and size of the shapes.                As technology is evolving, it is evident that it is changing the way that classrooms are run. New technology is coming out and making learning experiences better and more interesting. One of the new forms of technology that is making its way into the classroom is 3D printers. 3D printers are making activities for hands-on and making it easier for some students to understand concepts.      Google classroom is a different, yet a new type of classroom. Through google classroom students can  view assignments, turn assignments in, see due dates, take quizzes, and even find deadlines and  announcements. It has several benefits for all students, teachers, and parents.  During the pandemic this  has been an essential resource for many teachers. While using google classroom teachers can enhance the students learning by offering them multiple different ways of offering their assignments. It can be used in the classroom or from a distance. As a teacher I think that this could be used in many beneficial ways.
